Return is easy if you havent used the product and no exchanges, & if there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us. Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items.

How to Exchange or Return?

2. Login with your registered email or mobile number.

3. Select the eligible order from the list shown.

4. Choose the items you wish to return or exchange​

What Items Are Returnable?

• Returns are accepted within 4 days of receiving your shipment.

• Items must be in original condition:

  • Clothing must be unwashed and unworn.

  • Must be in original packaging.

• Non-returnable items:

  • Accessories

  • Free gifts or promotional items

Are There Any Charges for Return?

• Yes, a nominal handling charge of ₹150 applies for returns and exchanges.

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refund Policy

• Prepaid Orders:
  Once inspected, your refund will be processed directly to your original payment method within 7 working days.

Refund Timeline

• Pickup of return items: 1–2 days after raising a request.

• Money Return: 7 days from the date of pickup.
